1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HydroShine Jammu's website at carwashing.pages.dev, booking a service, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of HydroShine Jammu.

2. About Our Service

HydroShine Jammu provides doorstep vehicle cleaning and detailing services in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir. Our services include:

• Exterior car wash (Hatchback, Sedan, SUV/MUV)
• Bike and scooter wash
• Interior cleaning and vacuuming
• Premium detailing packages
• Add-on services (dashboard polish, tyre polish, glass cleaning, etc.)

3. Booking & Appointments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by HydroShine Jammu.
• You will receive a confirmation via call or WhatsApp from our official number +91 94697 93349 once your booking is accepted.
• Bookings must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Same-day slots are subject to availability.
• We operate 7 days a week from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Availability may vary on public holidays.
• HydroShine Jammu reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings in case of extreme weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment Terms

• We accept Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and bank transfers.
• We do NOT ask for any advance payment, token amount, or deposit under any circumstances.
• Prices displayed on our website are indicative and may vary based on vehicle condition and selected services.
• Final pricing will be communicated before service begins.

5. Service Quality & Liability

• Our team will perform services with professional care using safe, vehicle-appropriate cleaning products.
• Pre-existing scratches, dents, paint damage, or interior wear will be noted before service begins. HydroShine Jammu is not liable for pre-existing conditions.
• Please remove all valuables from your vehicle before the service. We are not responsible for any items left inside.
• In case of dissatisfaction, complaints must be raised within 2 hours of service completion via WhatsApp.
• Our maximum liability for any service-related claim is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

6. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password.
• You must not share your account credentials with others.
• HydroShine Jammu reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
• You may delete your account at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false information during booking or registration
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse our website or backend systems
• Use our platform to send spam, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Impersonate HydroShine Jammu staff or claim to represent us
• Post fake reviews or manipulate our ratings

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the HydroShine Jammu name, logo, text, images, and design — is owned by HydroShine Jammu. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir.
